I am writing to express my appreciation for the service team at your Pitt Meadows West Coast Mazda site.
My wife, Cynthia, and I have been happy Mazda owners since 2004 when we bought our first Mazda 3 which served us very well for 10 years. Over that time, we built up a satisfying relationship with many of the service staff at Mazda, but especially with Mr. Jose Aguirre. I had owned a Miata previous to my purchase of the Mazda 3 at West Coast Mazda. Reason for owning a second Mazda is due to the service I had received from Radford Winters and Jose Aguirre in the service department. These two service representatives work as if it is their first day on the job: service with a smile, bringing passion to their jobs, conduct themselves in a professional manner balanced with an informal yet personal approach. They demonstrate product knowledge and care for the customers’ needs. They listen to my issues and provide detailed communication at their earliest convenience. They clearly have a love, enthusiasm and passion for Mazda as well as servicing their clients. I definitely look forward to having their continued support to take care of my new Mazda 3. Thank you Radford and Jose. Mazda Canada is fortunate to have these two valued Mazda representatives. They re-ignited the passion in me: owning a second Mazda!

I have been a customer with your dealership since I moved to Canada in 1998, when you were still located where Safeway Foods is now. I followed to Port Moody (which was somewhat inconvenient) and then back to Maple Ridge when you reopened. We are on either our 3rd or 4th Mazda (lost track) and one of the things that has kept me coming back is the service department (aside from liking my car). Jose is very friendly and helpful . I have been a Mazda customer for maybe 8 yrs. but during that eight years I have never had a better customer satisfaction anywhere else. Your company is lucky to have employee like Jose who are so committed and dedicated.
I have been dealing with Jose I think since 2009 and he really is a great asset to you: he is forthright in explanations, follows up on issues and is fair in difficult situations where problems are hard to resolve. He is truly the reason I continue to own and enjoy my MX5!
