We bring all of our family vehicles to WCM for servicing, even though they are not all Mazda vehicles. We encourage our friends to do the same. I have no complaints regarding this service. I was very happy as always.
Nick was professional when booking the appointment, Jose was very cheerful and explained everything that was done to the vehicle, and Lawrence was available to give me a ride to and from my place of employment. I am very impressed with how Jose pointed out which future repairs needed to be taken care of as soon as possible, and which ones could wait a little while, in order to spread the cost out over the next few months.

Not only was I completely satisfied, I wish to comment on what happened to me. I got my dates for this past service mixed up and I arrived a day early. Instead of asking me to come back the next day (the day of the scheduled service), they took my car and did the service, explaining that it would take a specific time. They not only offered to take me home while I waited, but offered all the other exceptional services as well. I was really impressed! They did a great job!

Eden recently purchased a Mazda3 Hatchback. Before making the purchase, she says she was debating whether or not to get a Matrix. “The sales person was so efficient. The main objective to buying a new car is to ensure you are fuel efficient,” said Eden. The information that they told her was that she can take the car 600 km before needing to refill it.
She has been boasting on her Facebook about the SkyActiv. She got the car right before Christmas and something happened and there was a scratch and they fixed it for her no problem. She said it was “her best Christmas” and was so impressed with what they were able to do for her.

“I wanted to drive into the interior and I decided that it was just time to upgrade before I made the trip and it handled beautifully and I am really glad I did upgrade.I had planned on going to 3 Mazda dealers because I had decided on the Mazda CX-5. I felt I had all the information I needed here and so I decided on West Coast Mazda. I did my homework and they were able to answer my questions which was so nice.
I found that I was treated very respectfully and I really appreciated that. I feel that I got a very fair trade in with my car. It is very hard walking into a dealership as a single female but it was an excellent experience and I am really glad I did it.”

“I had a Nissan Pathfinder and my first choice was Nissan. I definitely wanted to go to a West Coast Group. I spoke to the son of a friend and he happened to work in Mazda so he told me to come in and he would help me find a car. I came in and the first vehicle I was shown was a 2012 Mazda. I then test drove a 2013 Mazda CX-5 after driving that I was sold, I did not want to buy a used car like I had first intended. Jason was awesome and was very knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable and not pushed at all. They do it right here, and the staff made me feel like I was special and like they care.”

Jose in the service department is phenomenal. So efficient, I was amazed at how fast my car was looked at and an appointment made for the next day. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my car requirements.
