I just wanted to say thank you for making our car buying purchase so pleasant. In the past, not all of our dealings with car dealerships have been that way and as a result, I am always very anxious when I go to look at vehicles. You guys changed that.
Peter is a real asset to your group and you should never allow him to leave! He has exactly the right manner, was never pushy, always informative and knowledgeable about the product. We felt thoroughly comfortable in his capable hands and we will definitely recommend him to any friends who are looking to buy a vehicle. Julie was lovely, too, even when I was suffering from information overload!
We feel you were very fair with our trade in, Brad and we got a kick out of your cheeky sense of humour also!
