  • My wife and I bought our Mazda new from Signature Mazda and even after moving to Pitt Meadows would still drive to Richmond to have them service our car. But after a while the quality of service dropped off dramatically. So we decided to try out West Coast Mazda and the service has been fantastic. So much, that when it was time for my Mom to buy a new car I insisted she buy from you guys. She still drives to your location from Surrey for servicing.
  •  Tell them to see Jean because .. He has gone above and beyond to help me with my purchase of my car… Even got a courtesy car for me to use while my windows got tinted and the 1000km maintenance check.
  • I have been dealing with Sam, e Service Advisor, for many years. He is efficient and has good customer service.
  • The service was friendly, on time and they even gave me a ride home when I hadn’t pre-booked it.
  • I would definitely recommend Mazda to friends and family, because of their knowledgeable staff and friendliness!!
  • As someone who deals with a handful of dealerships on a regular basis, it was a nice surprise that this dealership focuses on customer services.
