Linda Leo talks with us about the Customer Orientation nights that happen at West Coast Mazda periodically.
These Customer Orientation nights are our way of saying the relationship doesn’t end when you leave the lot.
Owner night was started over 10 years ago. It is a perfect way for us to see our customers and assure them we are aware of whatever concerns they may have and gives us a chance to address those concerns.
We get so many positive comments from our customers things like “Wow I never knew dealerships did this type of thing. You are here taking the time to put on this presentation.” It is very exciting to hear them react positively to something we are doing. We want them to know we are here for them from the beginning all the way through to servicing and beyond that.
