Mazda diesel technology has made its way to North America and West Coast Mazda has one of the first models, the Mazda 6 Diesel. Not only does this car sport the new diesel engine, it also comes with SKYACTIV Technology to the competition a run for their money.
It has body-coloured sporty bumpers and door handles, LED taillights and Bi-Xeon HID headlights with LED signature headlight and tail pipe finisher. The cabin of the Mazda6 Diesel sports a sleek sporty look, ample room for passengers in the back seat, air conditioning, push-button ignition, an illuminated gauge system, warm colours and plush materials.
“This is the first Mazda diesel car in North America, it is really going to change the segment.” says Brad of West Coast Mazda. With SKYACTIV Technology it goes to show the emphasis was not just on the gas engines they also started to work from scratch on the diesel engine.
